Best dates to go on Sept

We are going to WDW on Sept 7 - 15 and planning to spend two days at Universal.

What date do you thinks have lower crowds during the week, mon and tues or wed and thurs?

Do you think will be able to do both parks on two days?, we are two adults and DS5.

I would do Monday and Tuesday.Lower crowds.

If you have never been,please go with a open mind.US is not DW so try not to compare the two and you will have fun!!
