Contigo water bottles and insulated mugs are great. I have both and they do not leak. (They have different styles, so make sure you get the right ones.) The water bottles I use have a built in clip.
In my opinion a tervis is is not your best bet for a cruise, especially if you are sailing in a warmer part of the year. Ice melts much faster with a tervis and I know bc that is what I used to take. I have started to now bring an RTic or yeti style cup and/or also a rtic bottle with a wide mouth so we can easily fill it and throw it in the bag with no fear of leaks. What do you use for coffee, the soda machines, water etc. I am trying to figure out what is easy to fill and sip from, but also wont leak if we throw it in a bag for an excursion.
Thanks!
I swear by Tervis, but dh got a yeti for xmas and says it keeps everything hot longer. I know Tervis works very well for both hot and cold w/no aftertaste, can’t speak to the yeti for cold...
The thing about the S'well bottles I've seen is that they don't hold as much. I'll stick with my 24oz Contigo. It holds a lot and does not leak. I've had one for years and never had a problem.Anyone use s'well? I watched some YouTube that recommended them. They are really expensive, though.
I think DH has a Contigo. I'm going to investigate it further. There are 7 of us going on the cruise. I can get 3 Contigos for the price of one S'Well
