Best CS salads

Trying to get a few healthy meals when at the parks. What are your suggestions for salads and what CS offer the best ones? What type of salad dressings do they offer?

My top two would be one of the ones at Columbia Harbor House in MK and Sunshine Seasons in EP has some interesting options.

Most of the resorts have a "build your own" type salad at their CS locations.

Wolfgang Puck Express at DS is another good choice.

We had a good chicken Caesar salad at Pinocchio's in the MK. I think the dressing packet came on the side.

The salad at Pinocchio's is ok. They used to have a better one, but, unfortunately it's off the menu. Sunshine Seasons has some good options. If you want a GREAT salad, head out of EP through International Gateway and take the boat to Fresh at the Dolphin, pretty much all they have are salads! Great ones on the menu, plus you can build your own.

The make your own salad at POP was great, they had like 4 dressings I think including Italian and Ranch and lots of toppings you can add (Including tofu which as a vegetarian I thought that was nice).

I got the Greek salad at Cosmic rays without chicken and it was ok, but kind of wilty and the dressing was a pretty strong Italian and I usually prefer Italian, so I wouldn't get it again most likely.

I don't think Italian dressing on a Greek salad is odd, I actually expect it.

The best salad I ever had at DW was a Roaring Forks in WL - "The Wilderness Salad" YUM

My favorite was the roasted beets & goat cheese salad from Sunshine Seasons. But I don't see it on the menu now. That's sad.

I saw that too and was disappointed. I think WGPE still has it though.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've never been to WGPE but now will stop in to try it next time I'm in the area! Do you know if they offer food to go there?

Another vote for Sunshine Seasons. I don't remember what type of dressing it was, but their food is extra fresh.

Totally agree with Stefecatzz on the goat cheese and beet salad. Delicious! I've also enjoyed the BBQ chicken salad at Flame Tree

I like the broccoli peppercorn chicken salad at Columbia Harbor House. It doesn't look huge, but it's very filling!

I love the power salad at Electric Umbrella at EP.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've never been to WGPE but now will stop in to try it next time I'm in the area! Do you know if they offer food to go there?

I'm not 100% positive, but they are quick service, so they should. Make sure it's the Marketplace side (I hear the other location is not as good).

Backlot express galactic chicken salad and tuna nicoise salad at BOG are my favorites.

I really enjoyed the chicken southwestern salad at Pecos Bills in November. Got a huge portion with tons of grilled chicken.
