Best CS salads

Something many forget (not saying the OP is not aware), but because it's a salad does not mean that it's a healthier alternative. There are many salads around the "world" where you would be better off getting a burger and fries. But with that said, my two favorite places when it comes to a nice and healthy salad have already been mentioned; Columbia Harbour House (the salmon is a good option as well) and Sunshine Seasons. :goodvibes
 
the salmon, cous cous and broccoli and CHS is probably a much healthier option than a salad drowning in dressing and cheese. I had this last time I was at disney and will be having it again. Salads can sometimes be as calorie laden as fried choices when there is lots of creamy dressing and stuff on them! usually the better they taste the more ridiculous the calories.

Also pecos bill has some healthier rice and beans and fajita options. the bakery in france has a nicoisse salad that looks interesting and morocco's CS has a chicken shawarma platter that without the bread is quite healthy and lovely with some actual green in it (tabouleh). Those are my MK and Epcot choices. I have only ever done TS in HS and AK... buffets are actually a great way to make healthy choices, there are tons of salads and lean carved meats. It does not have to be a pigfest. I always try to fill up on salads and lean protein and then will take a plate with a tiny taste each of whatever else looks interesting when my belly is already full.
 
I enjoyed the chicken caesar from several counter service locations. However, I always ask for dressing on the side, and while I got it, the salad was always still pre-drenched in dressing, usually pooled at the bottom of the container. If you want an actual bare salad to control/put your own amount of dressing on, I suggest you ask for it freshly made and specify NO dressing, so they don't just pull it from the frig already dressed.
 
i plan on taking my own dressing. Trader Joe's has a fat free basalmic that is very tasty and only 25 calories for two Tablespoons. i take that with me whenever we go out to eat at home. Dressings can add a lot of calories (and sugar).
