Best CS place to pay OOP at MK or Epcot?

For our August trip, DBF and I availed of the DDP but we have one day where we will have to pay OOP for lunch. What restaurant would you recommend that I do this in? Preferably a CS at either Epcot or MK that's tasty and fairly affordable. We can't yet decide what park we want to spend our last day in.

Also, we've already planned a stop at CHH for our MK day and Cantina de Angel for our definite Epcot day. We just need one more place to go to.

Best bang for your buck at MK, Cosmic Rays. But our family's official MK CS is Pecos Bills.

For Epcot, Bang for Buck is Sunshine Seasons, but again a fave is Fish and Chips in UK. Or even the Mexican CS.

I second Sunshine Season's in Epcot. They have a very good variety. In MK, the Pirates y Piratas (?) I know that's not quite right, but it's the Mexican Place.
