What are your favorite Counter / Quick Service places in MK, Epcot, DHS, AK?

The ones that are worth an extra walk to even when you are super hungry & tired?

The places that are *worth the walk* for us are:

Sunshine Seasons - Epcot
Tangerine Cafe - Morocco/Epcot
Flame Tree - AK
Pizzafari (for the hot italian sandwich) - AK

looking forward to trying Columbia Harbor House in MK as we have yet to find a CS worth walking to there. ;)

in MK .......try Columbia House and also at the other end of the park is Cosmic Rays........great selections

MK -- Cosmic Rays and Columbia Harbor House
Epcot -- Sunshine Seasons
AK -- Flame Tree Barbecue
HS -- none...we'd rather have popcorn and ice cream

Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.

Epcot: Electric Umbrella.

Hollywood Studios: ABC Commissary.

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue & Pizzafari.

Tangierine Cafe at Epcot is our favorite in all 4 parks.

We also like Columbia Harbor House (MK) and Flame Tree BBQ (AK).

Wow, lots of votes for Tangierine. I haven't eaten there before, must try it this year.
What are your favorite things to eat at Tangierine?

I don't think we've tried Flame Tree either. I have to add my vote to Sunshine Seasons -- so many choices, and Columbia House.

Is there still someplace at AK that has those mini "quesadillas" on the kids menu? I forget where my kid had those -- that was her favorite.

We're mostly TS diners, but here are the QS ones we really like:

MK - Pecos Bills - love the toppings bar with their tasty burgers
EP - Sunshine Seasons - tons of choices here, and a fun environment to eat in, being near Soarin' and The Land/Garden Grill
AK - Flame Tree Barbecue
DS - Don't really have one here, we've been disappointed by the ABC Commisary too many times, LOL. However, we do have a few "quick bites" we like at DS:

1. Get a milk shake to go from SciFi DineIn. Just go to the podium and order one to go, there isn't usually a long wait.
2. A frozen coke (or other slushy delight) from the frozen coke place by the lake/H&V

Tangierine is worth the extra time and effort no matter how tired. This last trip we went there from DHS by boat. Just for dinner! They have a lamb/chicken combo meal is to die for and enough food to share.

So that is our vote for Epcot AND DHS.

AK--Flame Tree BBQ had excellent ribs and pulled pork sandwiches

MK--we didn't care for Cosmic Rays or Pecos Bills and tried to get into Columbia and they were closing early. So, to us, nothing worth a tired walk! Except the Dole Whips!

We ate at Cantina de San Angel in Epcot & thought it was pretty good.

We stumbled upon Starring Rolls Cafe at HS last trip... and thought it was yummy! Finally a CS option at HS, that I look fwd to!

MK= Comic Ray's. Large portions and good food. Favorite dish is the rib/chicken combo that comes with mashed potatoes and green beans, DBF and I usually split this becasue it is so much food. Pecos Bill is also a good spot if you are in the mood for BBQ, delicious pulled BBQ pork sandwhiches.

DHS= We usually end up at the Pizza Planet. The pizza is good, and the salads that come with the pizza meals are really fresh! This is also a nice place for a break becasue it has such a large inside seating area. The top floor is usually never busy.

AK= Flame Tree BBQ is probably the best option here

EPCOT= Sunshine seasons has delicious food and huge portions that can be split. The sandwich station here is my favorite, very fresh, good tasting food.

Mine are the Flame Tree in Animal Kingdom, and the margarita stand in Mexico. ;) Sometimes the order varies.

In the Magic Kingdom it's Casey's. When we are done eating, my DD always asks the piano player for his autograph, and he's always suprised that she asked. :rotfl:

Here are my choices:

DHS: Backlot Express
MK: I normally settle for a pre made sandwich from the Mainstreet Bakery
AK: Flame Tree BBQ
Epcot (FW): Sunshine Seasons
Epcot (WS): Grazing around the world at Norway, Mexico, France, Morocco, and Germany

MK: Cosmic Rays great variety, and Columbia Harbour House high quality
Epcot: Tangerine Cafe (shawarma platter) and Sunshine Seasons great variety
AK: I love the Italian Sandwich at Pizzafari
DHS: Starring Rolls, great turkey sandwich, and you can order grapefruit cake from the Brown Derby (not included as dining plan dessert though)

Tell me more about Tangerine Cafe. We have pretty adventurous eaters in our family and would like to try a CS in Epcot on our first night arriving. What's good? I don't know anything about Morrocan food.
