We always end up eating at Columbia Harbor and Pecos Bill--but I just looked at their menus and I'm rethinking CH. I love its setting, but wondering if somewhere else has better food. How are Pinnochios and Cosmic Rays--I don't necessarily need something different-just wondering if there was something better. I think we are often in the CH area at lunch time, thinking maybe we should branch out--what do you think? THanks!

Good question...I have researched TS meals to death, but even though I have CS written down for many lunches, I have NO idea where to go, lol.

Cosmic Rays is alright and I would go there again if everyone wanted to, Columbia Harbor House is on our list of CS meals again. It was quiet, relaxing, air conditioned perfectly and the food was good.

We always go to Cosmic Rays and CHH. We have tried Pinnochio's, but I have heard the steak and cheese sandwich is gone so we won't go there this year. We are giving Pecos a try. We aren't sure which place we are giving up. Cosmic Rays or Columbia Harbour?????:confused3

Sorry that is no help to you, huh?

I used to love Pinnocchio's, but they changed it to pizza and pseudo-Italian food a few years back. Pecos Bill's is the best CS in MK, IMHO. :goodvibes

Ya gotta LOVE Casey's Corner--and they still have the melty-plastic cheese, which they've gotten rid of at almost all other CS restaurants (boo hiss!).

Pecos Bill's is also a tried and true favorite. Cosmic Ray's has the best selection, obviously, so if you're tired of burgers and hot dogs, that works.

The Noodle station is open once in a while these days; I've not tried it, but would love to hear a review.

I've actually never been to Pinocchio's, which is shocking. I've always wanted to go there and watch the SmallWorld boats go by, but I've never actually done it in all these years...

We actually make it a point to go to Cosmic Ray's on every visit. The last time happened to be MVMCP, so DD and DS got to dance with Chip and Dale after they ate, while I caught a breather. Oh - plus, we find the food to be pretty decent and not horribly priced for the value.

We like the location of Cosmic Rays, but haven't tried it because of the separate lines. Too much trouble, or am I missing something here?

Noodle station: YUMMM! I am a picky eater, but at college we had an asian noodle bowl station and I fell in love! Last NYE we had crazy timed ADRs because it was a last minute trip, so around 11 we needed some food to get us moving again and we were limited to CS of course - enter the Noodle Station!

The line was ridiculously long, well not so long as it was time consuming! Then we had the hardest time finding a table to sit at (Even though the place is huge).

But when it was all said and done I have to say that the food was really yummy and I think my problems (mentioned above) were in large part due to the fact that it was 11pm on NYE - it was to be expected that it be swamped!

I would go here in a heart beat - I'm planning on grabbing a bowl on our next trip (during Christmas - so I guess I can't count on faster lines and more tables!).

Just a note, I'm not sure this would fill me up as a normal dinner, but it made a great pick me up snack on a chilly evening in the park! :goodvibes
