What are the best counter service places for gluten free in Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios?

My nephew is on a gluten-free diet, so I've been gathering some info fpur our upcoming October visit. I found a few reviews of GF menu items at counter service locations here:

I don't have any personal expierience as this summer will be my 1st time going gluten free. But if you do a search here and on the DISabilities board you should get lots of info. This is where I found a ton of info that was very useful. I actually cannot wait to go to Disney even more, because I know I will be able to eat safely.

It really makes no diffrence as long as you go to the locations that stock the gluten free items. They are the same everywhere though like Amy's pizza, enerG buns, French meadow brownies, etc. The resort CS locations are by far the best because they have real kitchens and more ingredients so they can often work with you more on your preferences.
