Best CS at the resorts (on DP)

We are going to be staying at CSR for 5 days after our cruise. We were driving straight home after the cruise but then Disney offered the free dining, so we thought-why not!
We are going to be staying 5 nights but will be visiting the parks on just 2 days, we plan on hanging out by the pool and going to DTD the other days.

As we have a car we would like to visit some of the other resorts for lunch or dinner.
Any suggestions?

I already have plans to eat at Artist Palette @ Saratoga Springs, as I heard their food was pretty good.

We are a family of 4 - children are 8 & 10 though I did upgrade the 8 year old to an 'adult' so he can have his choice at the CS restaurants and we can honestly use his TS credits for us if he wants to eat off the kids menu.

We really like the one at WL. We did not care for Capt Cooks at Poly. I have heard good things about Mara at AKL they carry Zebra Domes. You could try the one at POR or POFQ goto DTD then take the boat to these resorts. We liked the on at POFQ also.

CSR has the absolute hands-down best food court on Disney property! The food is fresh, abundant, cooked to order, and with many selections to choose from ... Mexican, Chinese, Italian ... all the way to a grilled ribeye steak dinner. You can't do better for your CS credit than Pepper Market!

The food court is incrediable at CSR and the Maya Grill is also very tasty. My kids are younger and didn't like it that much, but ck out menu...worth it for adults food was really good!
