Are you looking for counter service or table service? Your title says one thing & your post says another! Just want to make sure what you are asking for!
If you mean CS then Peco's Bills is by far my favorite. Might be a little low on the selection compared to Cosmic Ray's but the food is delish (Taco salad, pulled pork sandwich, chicken salad, bacon souble cheeseburger 
) and the fresh toppings bar is fantastic.
There actually isn't a day that's goes by that I don't think of driving then 1800km down to WDW for some Peco's Bills followed by a Dole Whip swirl and then grabbing a turkey leg for the drive home.
