Pretty much Future World just has the Electric Umbrella & the Land. They also have the Fountainview Cafe for pastries & coffee.
We just ate at the Land. We didn't care for it. We like the old Land with the Pasta&Potato and BBQ stations better. The new Land charges too much for small portions of not too great food in my families opinion.
I got the vegie noogle bowl and it was like 6 bucks but really tiny & too oily. My sister got a steak type salad and said it wasn't filling and cost too much. It came with a flatbread she didn't like.
The foodcourt has get your own drinks now and get all your food then you pay. We got charged for a Kids meal beverage even though we bought a kids meal that should come with it - so if you eat there watch for that.
The stir fry kids meal came with noodles and chicken, broccoli & fortune cookie (the kids didn't eat it). Another kid's meal had mac&chees, corn bread (too dry) & apple sauce (too abundant at Disney now).
The desserts are good and still have the same Strawberry shortcake for before that is great. They also have grab and go salads and things, stir fry, sandwhiches(that looked better than my noodle bowl), and a grill type area.
We also ate Electric Umbrella. We like eating upstairs. I got the Vegetarian chili & breadstick which was good. Others got burgers/fries, kids mac & cheese with fish crackers (also too abundant at disney now) or chicken nuggets. Not as many choices as the land but didn't seem like as much of a rip of and we all liked our food better.
It seems Disney is trying to get more ethnic food choices (the Land, Studio Catering company at MGM, noodle restaruant at MK, but forgetting some people like regular pasta, potatoes, and such)
I would pick Electric Umbrella over the Land, but the Land has more choices. Neither is a favorite though.
