Besides Sunshine Seasons, what other CS locations do you suggest? I've done mexico's CS and would like to try some others.

Personally, with all of the wonderful International CS locations in WS our family can not waste a meal at the ordinary Electric Umbrella.
We love (in no particular order):
Cantina de San Angel in Mexico, Sommerfest in Germany, Yakitori House in Japan, French Bakery in France, the Tangerine Cafe in Morrocco, and the Yorkshire County Fish House in the UK

It's funny, I go to WDw 3-5 times a year and usually spend at least three days in Epcot every trip. The only Epcot restaurants we've never tried are electric Umbrella, the Japanese CS, and Bistro de Paris. We keep saying we are going to, but for some reason never have. I love the other two French restaurants though.

Sorry, what CS in France?

Boulangerie Patisserie . They have the best sandwiches and cheese plates, plus desserts that are out of this world. If you go, be sure to at least try a Napoleon (my favorite CS dessert or snack, or even next morning breakfast). They are fabulous!
