I appologize as I know this has been asked before. However, I must admit I'm tired of all the planning and research! So would you mind listing the top CS meals you enjoy?

We'll be visiting all the parks and DTD.

Thanks.

AK: Tusker House and Flame Tree BBQ

MGM: ABC Commissary(although others hate it)

Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Ray's for the variety

Epcot: Season's at the Land Pavilion

From our experience last week we felt:
AK Tusker House It was very good, especially the fried chicken sandwich - Yum
MGM Backlot Express - by default, We don't think the CS at the Studios is very good at all.
Epcot Cantina de San Angel or Tangerine Cafe
MK Columbia Harbour House Very good, fresh soup and sandwich combo. Delish!

Here are our picks:

MK: Columbia Harbour House
AK: Tusker House
MGM: We haven't had a good CS meal there yet
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, although there are many here that we love.
DTD: Earl of Sandwich is our favorite CS in all of WDW!

tusker house( would like to try flame tree if it is ever open when we are there)
sommerset and tangerine cafe
mk probably casey's but usually go ts there as we eat a big breakfast at trail's end pre mk then just get dinner
mgm ????????does beaches & cream at bc count? it's pretty close

Thank you all. I'm gonna print this thread off right before our trip and we'll just hit a CS that has been recommended. I'm not going to spend all day and night worrying about it! LOL, I did that with the TS!

MK: Pecos Bill's & Columbia House
Epcot: Electric Umbrella (sandwiches)
AK: Tusker House and Flame Tree

My absolute favorite was pecos bills(MK). The fixins bar is awesome. Didn't like tangerine cafe at all.

AK: Tusker House
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons (the Land) and Tangeirene Cafe (Morocco)
MK: Cosmic Ray's and the Main Street Bakery (we got a great breakfast...quiche, yogurt parfait, and french toast loaf...yummy!!!)

MGM: we've not hit a good CS yet there. Backlot Express was absolutely HORRID! YUCK!!!

MK: Cosmic Ray's, Pinnochios and Cloumbia Harbor House
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, Tangerine Cafe (although France & Norway are good too)
AK: Tuskers

MGM: Backlot (by default only....really not good, just barely OK)

DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich

MK - Columbia Harbor House (The Anchor's Aweigh Tuna Sandwich)
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons & Tangereine Cafe
AK - Tusker House
MGM - None - It's Horrible for CS
DTD - Wolfgang Puck's Express for Pizza, Earl of Sandwich for sandwiches

MK: Columbia Harbor House, Cosmic Ray's
MGM: Studio Catering Co., hands down
AK: Tusker House (if you ask me), Flame Tree Barbecue (if you ask hubby)
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, Yakitori House

I would recommend finding out which places are recommended, but a few in each park. We crossed the MK last trip to get to Cosmic Rays - I'm fine with Peco's Bills and I don't think its worth the walk (I was indulging my husband). Likewise, I wouldn't walk from the back end of Epcot to go eat at Seasons, there are several good counter service restaurants back in the World Showcase. The parks are large, and sometimes its best to "make do" rather than spending fifteen minutes getting to "better." (Which sometimes means a Mickey bar and better food later).

Animal Kingdom generally has good food (if you stay away from McDonalds), haven't had a bad meal or snack there yet. MGM is the opposite - although the food there is certainly edible.

Thanks Again. I'm not going to run myself all over, I'll be doing that for TS! So a few suggestions for each place is great!!

:flower:

MK: Pecos Bills
EPCOT: Cantina al angel
AK: Flame tree
MGM: only tried TS but heard that backlot express is good

:Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

MK: Columbia Harbour House and Pecos Bill's
Epcot: The Land Food Court (Sunshine Seasons)
AK: Tusker House
MGM: Backlot express

Oh guys, you HAVE to try Studio Catering Co. at MGM!! It is the best there...YUMMY!

MK - Harbour House
AK- Flame Tree BBQ
Epcot - depends on how picky you are....I think the Land has lots of options, but DH didn't see ANYTHING there that he wanted on our last trip. We ended up at Electric Umbrella. :confused3 Go figure....we usually eat at American Adventure if we are doing CS.
