I have 13 counter services to choose and want to be sure I don't miss anything spectaculor!

I was thinking (so far....still have 3 months to decide!) of
Cosmic Rays
Casey's
Electric Umbrella
Pizzafari
Toy Story Pizza Planet

As you can see...no where near 13! Any suggestions?

Sunshine seasons- EP
Tangerine Cafe- Ep
Roaring Forks-WL
Cantina de San Angel-EP
Tusker House -(If its still open
Flame Tree BBQ-AK

Columbia Harbor House - MK (make sure and go upstairs to eat)
Seasons - Epcot

Our preferred park CS are:

Tangierine Cafe, Sunshine Seasons - EPCOT
Flame Tree BBQ - AK
Columbia Harbor House, Pecos Bills and Caseys - MK

You may want to check out some of the resort CS meals. They are often very good and accessible out the International gateway or via the Monorail. It can be fit into a short mid day break.

We love the Flame Tree BBQ at AK. Great pork ribs and chocolate cake for desert.

We like Pecos Bills in Frontier Land if you're looking for a meal in MK. The burgers are huge, and you get to add your own toppings at the topping bar--sauteed mushrooms, cheddar cheese sauce, just about anything you can think of to put on a burger!

The Garden Galley Salad at Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Sq. was my FAV CS. We sat at a window seat upstairs and it felt quiet and intimate as we took in the sights of beautiful Fantasyland. Seeing the throngs of people walking beneath us (we faced IASWAA and Peter Pan) was quite a contrast to our cool, quiet, and intimate setting--though we were cutting up quite a bit!

We also LOVED eating outside at night at the Tangerine Cafe in Epcot just before Illuminations---I think we had the "variety platter" there (it was absolutley. positively delicious!) and after a long day around World Showcase, it was a perfect spot to appreciate all that the World Showcase has to offer---the band "Mo-Rockin'" played and oh my, the talented dancing that ensued...(belly dancer, yes but also watching the young couples dance was truly a treat)---what a wonderful atmosphere!

We like Columbia Harbour House and Cosmic Ray's at MK, and the UK fish and chips place at Epcot. If you're at CSR, try the Pepper Market. At Downtown Disney, Wolfgang Puck Express is a good use of a CS credit; the pizza and pasta are both good.

Another vote for Flame Tree at Animal Kingdom. I had the chicken and my DH and DS15 had the ribs with corn on the cob and slaw, I think, and it was all very good. Dessert choices included chocolate cake and key lime pie. It's a lot of food. I shared mine with DS6 and DH and DS15 couldn't finish theirs.

We also enjoyed burgers at Pecos Bills

Tangierine Cafe is our favorite CS. Sunshine Seasons is a good option, also.

THE absolute best food at a CS is at Wolfgang Puck Express. IMHO it is much better than most TS restaurants. Don't miss it!

All your choices so far seem to be pizza and McD-type places.

If you are looking for more food quality, I would do almost everything in EPCOT World Showcase instead, plus the CS at Downtown Disney, and the food court at the Grand Floridian. They are excellent.

Pecos Bill Cafe - MK
Sunshine Seasons - EC
Captain Cooks - Poly
Earl of Sandwich - DTD
