Best counter service??

What are the best counter service places for things like burgers, mexican food, chinese food, bbq pork sandwiches, fries, coleslaw, potato salad?? Also, what are a couple of good places to eat in downtown disney that arent too pricey and that have sandwiches and quick service??

At MK, we love to go to Columbia Harbour House, it is one of the semi-out-of-the-way places. It is never busy and they have a great salad that I enjoy as well as a variety of sandwiches and of course the classic chicken fingers that you can just about anywhere at WDW. I'm also a fan of Cosmic Ray's, they have pretty good burgers as well as a good variety of other foods.

At Epcot, Nine Dragons has great Chinese and we also love the cs place in Mexico (can't remember the name right now).


At MGM, great variety at Backlot Express.


At AK, we always go to Tusker house. I don't believe they have burgers, but the food is great!

As you can see, I have more input on the MK restaurants as it seems we always find that we're hungry while there.

As far as DTD, we always eat at the express Wolfgang Puck restaurant. Don't recall the exact name, but the food is great and it is different than your typical WDW foods.

I also enjoy Tusker House in AK...

In MK we like to grab hot dogs at Casey's Corner Right before the parades and fireworks...

I agree that Nine Dragons in EPCOT is good... especially their Lo Mein

Pinnochio's Village Haus - Italian Sandwiches and Figaro Fries
Epcot - San Angel Inn Cantina - Mexico
Patessire (sp?) - France - great cheese and bread plate and pastry
AK - Tusker House

MGM - Backlot Express

DTD - Wolfgang Puck Express - Great quick food.

MK- Columbia Harbour House (chicken, fish, and I hear they have great tuna sandwiches)
Epcot- Sunshine seasons in the Land has a great variety of food and some great desserts
AK- Flame Tree Barbecue a must stop for fantastic BBQ pork or chicken sandwiches. LOVE this place!
MGM- nothin fantastic here.....Pizza Planet for pizza or Backlot express for the usual chicken strips, burgers etc.

DTD.....we have only eaten at Rain Forest but a lot of people rave about Earl of Sandwich which I hope to give a try some day.

Flametree Barbecue at AK
Haven't tried any CS at Epcot
ABC Commissary at MGM

I hear great things about Earl of Sandwich at DTD, going to give that a try next trip!!!!!!

Earl of Sandwich in DTD was my favorite meal while at WDW. Pecos Bill in MK has the best counter service hamburger in WDW in my opinion.
