Best counter service in epcot?

Our family normally doesn't spend too much time at Epcot but since we are staying at the Poly this trip we want to take advantage of the monorail The only meals we have eaten at Epcot have been table services and since we won't be on the DP this time we need some help with good counter services. So let's hear some favorites???

Sunshine Seasons: Something for everyone.
Tangierine Cafe.

I agree with Sunshine Seasons. They have salads, sandwiches, hot food and different things for kids beyond pizza and chicken nuggets.

We always hit Tangerine Cafe and Lotus Blossom Cafe.

I also enjoy Cantina de San Angel for some low budget mexican fare.

Try the Land pavilion. Lots of choices there.

The food court that is located inside of The Land is great. The beef and broccoli is my fav.

Sunshine seasons in the land building ( think Soaring) has everything from pork chops to Salmon to sushi to sandwiches to stirfy- chicken legs & mashed pototoes for kids, salads and soups
you can find MANY things here. including a *to die for* bakery area

We love Tangerine Cafe best! But, we also enjoy Yorkshire Fish Co.!

It's amazing how many great minds think alike. Those are our two favorites as well. The Desserts at Sunshine Seasons are really good, big too.

We love the Electric Umbrella! It's so nice to watch the fountain while sitting in the shade eating lunch. The food isn't bad either

We dine at Epcot TS mostly, but as far as CS, we've really enjoyed Lotus Blossom. Have you looked here:

My family and I enjoy Electric Umbrella, which is located in Future World.

For snacking, I'd say Kringla in Norway. Try the lefse, it's different, low cost and delicious IMO.
