Green! As long as it's not green apple, I'm good. My absolute favorite flavor of jelly bean ever is either key lime or pear Jelly Belly. We have a Jelly Belly DC near us that does warehouse tours and you can buy every flavor of Jelly Belly individually from the bulk bins in the "warehouse store"

I don't eat any jelly beans besides Jelly Belly so I don't go by "color".

Favorite Jelly Bellies are Buttered Popcorn, toasted marshmallow, green apple, juicy pear, margarita and strawberry daiquiri. But I like most all flavors except for licorice, cotton candy, cinnamon, cantaloupe, and tutti frutti. Also another really spicy one I don't like but can't remember the name of. It's a deceptive little bugger too because I believe it's similar in color to one of the green flavors that I like.

Black. I always traded for the hated black jelly beans. I love them!

If we're talking Jelly Belly, I second the Buttered Popcorn flavor. I HATE the Espresso and you can't really tell it apart from some of the other brown ones (especially in a dark movie theater).
