Who makes the best tasting coffee at WDW? Do you like one of the resorts coffees, somewhere in one of the parks, a certain restaurant's coffees, a place at DtD's?

I've posted this question on the cb and the restaurants forums too:)

Definatly try Tubbies at the Dolphin! They serve Starbucks. A tried and true favorite!

Boma (buffet)and Victoria Falls (lobby bar) at AKL - Great pressed pots of Kenya AA coffee.

Another vote for Boma. And, Mara had good coffee too. My DH went every morning at 6 am to get me a cup in my refillable mug. I came home and missed it. Having to make it myself rather than being served wasn't as much fun!! :)

Prime Time had good coffee with my Dad's Super Sundae too!

try the coffee at the kona cafe! :teeth:

Pretty much any coffee as long as it is not that instant crap that they serve at all of the food courts and at most of the parks. The same thing with the Ice Tea, It isn't brewed either it is instant tea too. Why oh why did Disney do this. I had to get tea bags for DH every time he wanted ice tea then add hot water for the tea to steep (sp), then cool it off for him with ice to make his ice tea.

Oh well, the things we do for our loved ones.

Diane

Restaurants in the Swan serve Starbucks, too. We enjoyed Gullivers for breakfast - omelets made to order.

Most definately the pot of Kona at the Kona Cafe. Worth the extra money.

The coffee at DW has long been a sore spot among many guests. To put it simply: most of the coffee served in the parks and resorts is AWFUL. It is some type of Nescafe stuff.

(Understand, while I lovea good cup of coffee, I am not a coffee snob. I like anything that's decent: from Starbucks (very strong and somewhat burnt tasting) to Dunkin' Donuts (sometimes a little watery). My wife makes fun of me because I can often drink a cup of coffee that she feels is bad. With that in mind, I could NOT drink the Nescafe stuff at Disney. Itried on more than one occaission and never could tak more than a few sips.)

The Kona Cafe at the Poly had excellent coffee and has a stand in front. But the other restaurants/food courts there had the awful Nescafe.

In the parks, look for the coffee stands if you want a good cup. There are only a few, but they are usually pretty good. The restaurants in the parks did not have good coffee.

DH has to have a coffee from Kona Cafe everytime we visit, he says it's the best one to be had in the whole of WDW.
