Every time we eat at a TS restaurant DH and I order a nice bottle of wine, but next trip we plan to have a cocktail each instead. We are staying at the YC and dining at GFC, Cali Grill, 'Ohanas, Si-Fi Diner, Biergarten and ESPN (think these might be beer nights) and Yachtmans Steakhouse.
Can anyone recommend a good cocktail? :thumbsup2

I've had a really good Mai Tai at Cali Grill. It's a unique recipe to Cali grill and they add Creme de Noyaux.

I love the Red Grape Sensation, which is on most of the standard cocktail menus all over Disney. It's got Red Grape Hibiscus Vodka, Fresh Lime Juice, Cranberry Juice, a dash of agave nectar, and soda water.

I haven't had it myself, but the Poly is famous for the Lapu Lapu, which you can get at 'Ohana. It has a a few different rums and fruit juice served in a pineapple!

Blood Orange and Avocado Margaritas at La Cava.

Adult milkshakes from Sci-Fi.

Any of the specialty drinks at bluezoo...too many to name!

Lapu Lapu if for no reason other than the novelty of it.

Beer! (At Rose & Crown, Raglan Road)

I haven't had it yet, but at Sci-Fi I am making It a priority to get the Marsha's Martian alcoholic milkshake. It is a chocolate and vanilla shake mixed with Bailey's Irish Cream and Kahlua...it doesn't get better than that in my opinion! We are not eating there, but will stop by during off-peak hours to try and squeeze in for one. :)

I have also heard great things about the Lapu Lapu, and several restaurants have Magical Star Cocktails which sound tasty and come with a multi-colored glow cube in them so they are fun, also!

Not at Sci-Fi, I think, but there is an NYC restaurant that does a mint julep shake--fresh mint ice cream with bourbon. It remains my favorite drink ever--try it at home!

I have only had a Lapu-Lapu, so I will comment on that. It was yummy! I would recommend it, for novelty sake and it does taste good!

I haven't done a ton of specialty alcholic bevs at WDW (I mainly stick to my fave drinks in general :thumbsup2), but I decided to try a Lapu Lapu while waiting to get into 'Ohana last trip and while I loved the novelty of it all- I don't see myself ordering another. It wasn't awful- just not spectacular either. On the flip side- the martini I had at Cali Grill was heavenly!!! :cloud9:

Blue Margarita at the Sci-Fi
There's some kind of glow drink I had at the ESPN club. I can't remember the name of it but it was good.

Mai Tai's in WDW are good. IMOP not everyone makes to taste good but WDW does.

you may get lucky enough to find a bartender who knows how to make a Seven Seas Cocktail. It was a standard drink for the first 20 years of the Poly but is no longer on the menu. They were delicious and two large ones would knock you off your feet...

Was it a regular martini or their french martini? I'm a huge martini fan and can't wait to try it!

ETA: Love your username OP! ;)

It wasn't on your list, but the blood orange margarita in Mexico is my absolute favorite margarita of all time. I haven't tried the avacado one, but will be trying it out in two weeks!!
