Best/Closest hotels to Seaworld

We are doing a few days at Discovery Cove/SeaWorld at the end of our next Disney stay. Any hotel suggestions that are close and nice? We will be spending our Disney time at Kidani so we could always extend our reservation and commute to SeaWorld but we are big fans of being at parks early and would love a quick trip in the AM.

We stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at SeaWorld. It's right next door to Discovery Cove and across the street from Sea World. You could walk it, but it's a bit of a hike to the entrance of Sea World in the summer heat. It was only a 3 minute drive from our building to the main gate (if that.)

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and were really impressed with the size. It came with a full kitchen, dinning area and living room, two flat screen tvs, a large jacuzzi style tub adjacent to the bedroom, one king bed, and the a sofa sleeper in the living room. There was also a screened patio area with table and chairs (nice spot to have a cup of coffee and read the paper.) They also have a great pool area with 2 pools and 5 hot tubs.

We had a great time there and plan to stay again on our next trip.

The Renaissance hotel is directly across the street from SW. It is a beautiful resort with large rooms. It is a short walk across the SW parking lot so we walked back to the hotel in the afternoon to swim and then walked back to SW in the evening.
