*****WARNING***** NOT LOW FAT!!!
So I was craving chocolate last night and didn't have too much around. DH request peanut butter cookies. You know, the easy ones made just out of peanut butter, sugger and an egg? Well I decided with the last plate of cookies, I would experiment. OH MY GOSH!! They are so good. I added 2 tbl of smuckers hot fudge (not heated up of course) and baked for twice as long. They are so good! Very chocolatey, peanut butter and very chewy!!
2 cups peanut butter
2 cupes sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbl refrigerated hot fudge
Place on ungreased cookies sheet in a 350 oven for around 20 minutes. Don't worry if they start to bubble around the edges. They will still look very wet when you take them out. DONT OVERCOOK THEM. Cool for about 10 minutes and then hide them for yourself
