I do not remeber if I posted this one last year but I am on a diet and all I can think about is food (stupid South Beach) anyway, I was reading the restaurant thread above(below?) and someone mentioned the Molten Choclate at Chili's. It is really to die for. Actually them make them bigger and better in fla than anywhere else I have tried. There is a Mexican Restaurant on I drive closer to the end with wonder works. Theyhave a similar dessert to the Moulten but it is laced with cinnamon.

For those of you who do not know what a molten choclate is, well let me tell you it is a bundt cake the size of a large man's fist loaded inside with hot choclate. Then it is covered with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream and topped off with a hard choclate shell. The whole thing garnished with carmel tracings. If you do not like Chili's I still suggest you go and get one of these. You do not even have to go to Fla just to your local Chili's. Why do you think I am on a diet. I darn well better lose somthing tomorrow cause thinking about this dessert is torturing me.

You should try the VOLCANO at Rainforest Cafe! It is three triangle brownies with ice cream in the middle and hot fudge all over the top. Definitely one to share! They bring it out iwth a sprinkler in the top and all the servers yell "VOLCANO! VOLCANO!" It is pretty neat-and really good!

WE have had it and also the large brownie sundae at Hard Rock and the EARTHQUAKE at Ghiridelli (not really a chocolate dessert but the way I have it made it is.)
