Ok Can you remember that one trip that you took where one of the characters just blew you away??? Either the detail on their costume or the way the CM acted.
---- One trip we took I can remember being in Epcot and seeing Jafar he was so creepy he kept looming around with his arms crossed. He was the scariest character but he was so good because he was so realistic!!!

when i was in the MK i saw the Evil Queen from Snow White and she had just finished taking pictures with people and there was a crowd of people in her way and she kept walking and yelled "COMING THROUGH! MOVE!" in a deep creepy voice....it was great! and i was really happy to see her, she's my favorite villian!

and another time i was going on the HM and the one CM was really great at playing his part. he seemed uninterested and annoyed with us and yelling "DON'T TOUCH THE WALLS PEOPLE! I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO TELL YOU ALL!" to us while we entered, it was great! i think that would be the ride i'd want to work on, you don't have to smile 24/7 lol.

i guess i just like it when the CM's act mean or something, huh? lol. but ONLY when their job calls for it. when one is just miserable for no reason that ruins the experience.

what about just random CM's?? while at Epcot one time it started to downpour and right near Innoventions everyone was huddled underneath and a few CM's came out with trashcans and started druming away on the cans to beats! it was a lot of fun, i have it on tape because i never saw anything like that when i was at Disney before.

Mad Hatter at 1900 Park Fair . I swear we were in the cartoon he was messing with Alice at the other table and the OOOOHHHHHAAA just had us cracking up.

This was just my latest but a good one.

Another one was the headless horseman during the MNSSHP parade the horse almost fell and he didn't even flinch ( well allmost didn't) at full speed around the circle heading up mainstreet.

He later came out was explaining to the CM where her points of reference needed to be for him to see ( or not see ) to make the turn .

My DH would say Jasmine  I think that's one of the reasons I can get him to agree to trips to WDW (he's not as addicted as DD and I are). :rotfl2:

DD would say Ariel.....Ariel has been DD's favorite Princess since she was a toddler.

Goofey is really great with adults (Cape May Character B'fast).

In 1998 we had the best interactionwith Tigger at CP dinner. My mother-in-law was with us and Tigger made a point to go over and see her. Once he saw how thrilled she was and red she got he came over each trip through including the parade. We have a great picture of it, Tigger above her head, her face red and her hands covering her teeheeing.

I'll always remember Grumpy walking up to me and shaking a fist during the parade when I was 12. It's not much, but it's one of the things that stuck out in my mind almost 20 years later. (Wow! I can't believe it was 20 years ago!)

On our last trip to Disney, I remember we were in AK and had just taken pictures with Baloo. He had his arms around me and when I went to walk away, he wouldn't let me go. At first everyone was laughing, but then it got kind of weird. He kept pulling me back... after awhile, I just got scared - lol.

No specific story, but I've always found Pluto to be a lot of fun. pluto: He generally has lots of crazy antics to make the photos interesting, too!

i had a similar experience with Donald a while back. i'm still creeped out by him to this day when i see him lol.

We took our granddaughter to DL for her 4th birthday. She was deathly affraid of the characters--much to our dismay. The last morning we were there we went to Goofys' kitchen for breakfast. The Fairy Godmother was there and within 3 or4 minutes she had our granddaughter so relaxed. We wished we had since her first instead of last. She was awesome!

Yeah Capt Hook had me in a headlock with his hook! LOL, Mr. Smee was next to him aking the picture, dustin off the captains red coat.

All of these experiences have me really looking forward to my trips. I haven't been in 20 years and the only ones I remember from then were Chip and Dale and Goofy at Epcot. Got to take pics with them but not much else happened. I do seem to remember Chip and Dale were more friendly about the pics than Goofy though. They pretended to have a fight over who stood where.

When there used to be a Pocahontas Character Breakfast, we had the best time. The Governor kept bring sugar packets from all the other tables and dumping them in front of me. Then John Smith :lovestruc came over and sat in our chairs, then he escorted me, on his arm, all the way from the Resturaunt out into the lobby of the WL. :cloud9: It was great!

Stitch without a doubt. My ds is a huge Stitch fan so we booked Ohana for breakfast one morning. As we were leaving he wanted to say goodbye to Stitch one more time. We waited patiently as Stitch was "talking" to other guests. When he came over to say goodbye my ds started with his Stitch "growl". Stitch took it and ran with it. They were in the floor growling at each other and pawing at each other. It was so wonderful and definately the highlight of our trip.

Their used to be a great CM outside of HM. He has red hair. His job was to collect the fastpasses. He never said a word. One time when we were there my DD then about age 7 or 8 handed him her fastpass and he actually ate it!!

Now everytime we go to HM one of us will say "remeber the freaky Cm who ate the Fastpass. He was soooo cool". We'll never forget him!

omg! lmao! that's great! :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Genie and Goofy were our favorites...last year we also met a REALLY GOOD Aladdin and Jasmine. Some people have complained that the Jasmine they have met has been either rude, mean, or overly flirty. Ours was great and the Aladdin that was with her ACTUALLY looked like Aladdin...we have seen some really funny "interpretations" of him, including a fat white guy this past May. We were laughing so hard when those pictures came back!

Lilo and Stitch are a lot of fun too....and Mickey...and Minnie...and Daisy....and Pluto...LoL we love them all!

A fat white Aladdin? I would love to see that. Would have to wonder who was handing out the costumes that day :rotfl:
