Best character meals

Although I didn't care for the food, my daughters(8,4,1) were amazed to see all the princesses at the breakfast at Akershus

best food we've had at a character meal is Akershus. by far - mostly because you order it and it's not a traditional buffet.

In September we are trying Garden Grill, Be Our Guest, and Hollywood and Vine as our new character meals. Plus our favorites like Chef Mickeys, Akershus, and Crystal Palace.

Tusker House Breakfast Above average food, excellent Character interaction
Garden Grill Breakfast Good Food , excellent Character interaction
Chef Mickey's Slightly disappointing food, good character interaction, a bit rushed
Ohana Breakfast Good Food, Excellent Character interaction first time, good second time
CRT Dinner Great atmosphere, mediocre food, luke warm character interaction

Possibly my favorite to date which doesn't get mentioned much was the Goofy Good Morning Breakfast at Ravello at the Four Seasons. I believe it's only available twice a week, one being a Thursday when we went. The Characters are Goofy, Mickey and Minnie in Country Club attire and the resort is beautiful. The food was the best of all we've done and the interaction was first rate. The characters came around twice and Goofy danced with my daughter at one point at our table. Can't recommend it enough.

We really like Cape May because it is a little lower key than some of the other character breakfasts. The food is good and in many instances the characters get by your table more than once and spend some time with you.
