On our last day I had not planned much of anything, I figured we would sleep in and just go to DTD, we would probably be leaving around 3 for our 6pm flight. I am now thinking of a late breakfast with Character interaction as a last surprise for my DD5 and DS3, we have never done a breakfast, trying to decide between CP, 1900 PF, or Chef Mickey, if we went to CP that would mean adding another day to our park admission I know thats not too expensive and the kids might like to go on a few last rides at MK, but I believe that 12/5 will be the Christmas taping so not sure I want to be at MK that day. Which breakfast would you recommend or if you have any other recommendations that are in the MK/Epcot area.

We haven't tried any of those for breakfast. We had CM for dinner & didn't enjoy it at all. BUT, our most FAVORITE breakfast is at O'hanas with Lilo & Stitch (& Mickey & Pluto.) It's at the Polynesian (a monorail resort) so you'll be close to MK or EPCOT. Pluto & Stitch always play around & goof off. They are hilarious & never seem to be in a big hurry to get to the next table. Some of our BEST character pictures are there. Have fun! :goodvibes

We haven't done any before, but have reservations for Crystal Palace and Hollywood & Vine while we are there for character meals. I have heard fabulous things about Chef Mickey so I am really hoping to get that one.

we just went to 1900 breakfast -- it's a very organized setting. 5 characters rotate throughout the restaraunt stopping at each table for photos and autographs -- Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter, Tigger and Pooh.

the food was pretty good for a buffet. there was an omelet station, everything else was pre-prepared. delish pecan rolls and bread pudding.

I was there last year for the taping of the parade. The crowds were a little large, but they just sat there on Main St. Rides weren't too bad. We could see Hannah Montana and David Cook up at the Castle when we were passing by on our way to/from rides. Don't turn down a day in the park because of this.

For a family of 4 it may only cost you an extra $16-25 total to spend that last day in the park. It might be worth it.

Ohana's is my kid's fav. 1900 Park Fare is my fav because I love love love Mary Poppins! Food in the best at Park Fare. Omlets made fresh to order!

I am leaning more towards 1900 because it has something for both DS and DD, but if we are in the park I don't want to leave so my choice now is between 1900 and Crystal Palace, just tried the online system and it said it was too busy and try back later so I still have time to decide, just don't want to wait too long and have everything booked

We really like CP, but we usually use it to gain early access into MK. If you are going to sleep in that day then that would not benefit you, but if you are up for getting there early, it is really peaceful in the park before it opens and great pictures can be had.

The food is good, the place is nice, and the characters do a little dance parade every 20 minutes or so with people waving their napkins. Pretty standard Disney character meal.

We have not been to 1900. CF has the big characters (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy), and the food is fine, but it can be very loud.

Good luck!
