Best CC rewards? About to pay off Disney Balance

I have the cash to pay off my Disney balance, but I am looking to gain some rewards and then immediately pay it off. Total is 2400 on balance.

I have a Disney Chase CC, but I would get $1 per 100 = 24 Disney rewards dollars. My DH has a discover that 5% on the first 300, and I also have Chase Freedom and I believe it's 5% on the first 1500. I booked originally with my Disney Visa....

Do you know any limitations to the above? Did I have to book with them to get the 5% back?

I don't think you have to book with them to get the rewards. The Chase Freedom is only 5% back in specific categories, though. For this quarter it's "Airlines, Gas, Hotels". So you'd only get the 5% if Disney codes the transaction as a "hotel", which I'm not sure they do.

It worked for me. I recently paid off my disney trip by using a Citi card that is currently paying back 5% from July-Sept. I'm able to earn back $300 per calendar year so paying my $4000 disney bill earned me $200 back. The transaction comes through on my CC as WDW Resort so that counts as a hotel. Yeah me!
