Not sure what the definition of casual is, but we really like Citrico's at the GF. Excellent service and superb food.

I went with the "casual" theme; but I have to agree with you that Artist's Point and Jiko are two of the finest places to dine. I took 10 guys to Jiko for a business dinner and it was superb.

Are you asking about resort dining or planning to dine in a park?

In the resorts, we love Kona and the Grand Floridian Cafe for a casual meal. Spoodles or Yacht Club Gally are good choices if you will be in that area.

While people certainly dress in business or resort casual at California Grill, Jiko, Citricos and Artist Point, those restaurants don't themselves feel casual to me.

If you're looking for a break while in the MK, check out the Plaza~ Burgers, sandwhiches, and salads. Basic menu, but calm, quiet, climate controlled... Very relaxing (I always bring my DD in there, but she's a quiet well behaved kid. Not at all loud or rowdy)

Citrico's for dinner is an absolute must while at WDW....so another vote from me for Citrico's!!!

we really liked Brown Derby, LeCellier as 2 adults. we disliked Ohana ( just not a peacful atmosphere but not a fun one either,very " family/kids " oriented to the exclusion of adults imo. wcc was not peaceful but fun for adults and kids) Beirgarten was fun and a little more "adults" when we were there for lunch but there are kids there ( like any wdw place) and while there weren't any at our table, i'm not sure if they plan it that way or not.

Boma, Spoodles, Kona Cafe. If you want something slightly more upscale, but amazing food, try Jiko.
