We are planning a cruise for spring 2003. There will be 2 adults and 4 kids 12 and under. Where is the best place to stay?

There are no cabins that accomodate 6 people (except category 1 & 2). Depending on your budget you can get adjoining cabins, categories 3 thru 10 or an outside cabin with an inside cabin right across the hall.

You might want to try a cat 3 and an adjoining cat 4 cabins. Between the two of them you'd have plenty of space . . . and nobody would have to sleep on a sofa bed. Hope this helps!

if you have teens i would reccomend that you get close to one of the sets of elevators so that they can just hang out there late at night with friends... thats what I have done for the past 4 cruises and it has always worked great. we always sit around and order some room service and just chill.

just a note: make sure they stay kinda quiet if you do this because boat security might get called. they are really nice guys tho... we gave em cookies last year while they were searching for a kid who "fell overboard." ok ok so he didnt fall overboard, but um, his parents were flippin... i guess he was with some friends playin basketball at like 3am. ELEVATORS: GOOD PLACE TO PUT KIDS TO MAKE SURE YA KNOW WHERE THEY ARE. my mommy always knew thats where i was after CG closed.
