Best cab or other transpo from parks to....

Does anyone have any suggestions for the cheapest cab company or other mode of transpo for getting around not only in and around the WDW area but also Universal.

Also has anyone ever taken a cab from the WDW or Universal resorts to Cocoa Beach? I rented a car last time and I am thinking I will save mucho $$$ if I just do without renting a car for the entire week for there will be days at a time when we will not need to go anywhere since we are staying on site at both WDW and Universal and will not need to leave the property much at all. Obviously around WDW and Universal you'd just use their transportation.

It's going to cost you minimum $200 r/t to take a cab to and from Cocoa Beach. To take a cab from WDW to a Universal Hotel will run you $35-60 depending on traffic.

Renting a car will most definitely be the least expensive option.
