BEST BWI standard rooms??

We are going to wdw for T-day weekend, and staying at BWI with my mom, 2 sons and DH. We have 3 standard rms--any suggestions about what rooms/location to request? My mom can't walk too far--she will be renting an ECV (scooter wheelchair thing), but i don't think she will ahve that inside, so we probably need to be not too far from the elevators....help?

There are some rooms facing the courtyard that have a partial view of Epcot. I think those rooms are farther out though. We had a standard view last December for 1 night, it was close to the lobby but it faced the walkway to the bus stop. People were constantly walking by our balcony.

Ask for central location close to the elevators.
