Best Buy update and trip payment?

Thanks for the previous advice. I was able to purchase Disney gift cards at the Best Buy store today with no issue at all.

I tried to go onto my Disney Experience to apply them to our trip and there is no place to pay at all for our trip. We are 380 days from our trip is that too far a way to pay besides the initial deposit?

I ran into the same problem yesterday. Couldn't find where to pay online. Couldn't even view my balance. So I called Disney, and the CM said that the payment option has been out of commission since last Thursday, and IT is "working on it". She said no one has been able to pay or modify reservations online and the phone CM's have been super busy dealing with all of this. That explained the long wait times when I called in.
