Looking at booking 2 rooms at the Pop for the first week of january 2007. We would prefer a "quiet" building. We enjoyed the Mighty Ducks building at All Star Movies as it had less so-called traffic & its own pool that was never busy. Is there a building like that at Pop?

We were just in building 10 and LOVE it. Faced the parking lot. It is so far back from the lot though, so that isn't a noise factor. On the other side was the computer pool, around the one corner was the main pool and main building. It is the closest building to the bus stops as well. Just can't beat it's location!

I was just in building 2 of the 50's section, which was nice and quiet. (Well, I think that is the building number... the 50's section makes a |_| shape, and the one I'm talking about is the bottom of the U.

The 60's are the most convenient to the main building, but probably get a little noisy.

We were in building #1 50s section. This section was very nice. I do not think you can go wrong with any section. We knew people that paid extra for the 60's and to be honest, our walk to the bus was closer. I do not see the advantage of the 60's, especially with a higher price tag. If it were free that is another story. We were facing the bowling pin pool and loved it. It was not noisy at all. People did use the pool very late at night, even after the lifeguards were off duty. You did hear a little of that noise but were still able to fall right asleep. The walk to the bus stop wasn't terrible but I think you could get a little closer to the bus stop, since the bus stops are at very end(to the left) of the classic hall . We were to the extreme right of that. We are going back in August and are deciding where to stay. The 50's is a definite consideration but I would also like to hear about the other buildings from people.
I would like some more information on building #10, since we are using the buses. This does sound a little closer to the buses. Is that the 90's section?
Is this sections pool more crowded since the 70's &80's do not have their own pool? Is it a far walk to the classic hall?

Look at this map. http://www.*************.com/pop_century_map.htm

We were in building 10, which is the 70s B building. See where it has the room numbers, 0101-0478.....we were right in the room where that very first 0 is in the 0101. It faces right out to trees, so very nice. You walk along the row of rooms and turn left, then a right and the main building is RIGHT there. Also, you can see how close it is to the buses. Simply the best location IMO!

80s B building is also close to the buses, but a bit further to the main building.
