What are your favorite buffets at Disney ? The only one i have ever been to is crystal palace but i know there are other good one's :)

Any buffet? For me, that would be Boma at AKL-- dinner is great, and Boma's breakfast is one of our favorite meals at WDW.

We've done breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and it was nice. We love Crystal Palace though for lunch and/or dinner. The food doesn't seem like your typical buffet line food.

wow i need to check out boma i guess! We are doing crystal palace for lunch one of the days :)

I like Chef Mickey's also. The dessert bar is just scruptuous! :cloud9: However, if you are looking for the best price, there is a pretty good buffet over in Ft. Wilderness but I'm not recalling the name. Maybe Trail something.:confused3

For b'fast I have to say I prefer Crystal Palace. It has some nice selections that I haven't found elsewhere. For dinner, while I do like Boma an awful lot, I think I like Cape May Cafe even more. Love the mussels and peel and eat shrimp!

Boma is my favorite but we also enjoy Biergarten and Cape May Cafe.

I also think that Trails End Buffet at Fort Wilderness is also very good but being out of the way, people are not aware of it. In addition, it is the cheapest of all of the buffets that I have seen as well.....for example, dinner is $8 less per person at Trails End compared to Boma. They even have lunch for $13.....pretty good for Disney. Don't get me wrong, I prefer Boma but Trails End is a good value and definitely worth a try.

Yes, that's it, Trails End. For the money, it's the best kept secret. I haven't been there in awhile because I've been on the DDP but if I was paying OOP, I'd be taking a trip to Ft. Wilderness.

I've heard a lot of people rave about the Cape May Cafe for dinner but to me it was just ok. I'm a fish snob, my family house in the actual Cape May so it was all right, but nothing to write home about. And don't get me started about how the decor doesn't remind me of the real thing at all. Breakfastsaurus was fun and there was lots to pick from but thats moving/changing soon so I don't know how helpful that is. I'm trying Boma in September and I've heard good things so I've got my hopes up!

Crystal Palace for breakfast. Park Fare for dinner.

I think CP is the only lunch buffet I ever had. So, I guess I'll vote that for lunch. It didn't suck.

We liked the Cape May breakfast buffet - it was pretty typical breakfast food, but we really liked the character interaction and it was much less crowded and crazy than Chef Mickey's for breakfast. We are trying Crystal Palace breakfast this time around - we enjoyed it for dinner. We didn't like Boma however we are trying it again in Nov because we are going with some other people who wanted to eat there, so maybe it will win us over this time!
JerseySkiddie - we were just in Wildwood and Cape May and the seafood was awesome! I am blanking on the name right now but really, really liked the CrabHouse at 6 Mile Landing? (sorry, don't know why I can't think of it!)

Oh my goodness its crazy you should say that! Obviously this is completely off topic but 4th of July weekend part of the Crab House collapsed! Thank god only 9 people were minorly hurt. A few of the supports gave way saturday night and things shifted a few feet. Luckily the structure didn't come crashing down. It could have been a lot worse they said about 1,000 people were probably there when it happened. So needless to say it is closed for the rest of the summer and according to the local papers down there, the jury is still out on whether or not 2 Mile (you were close!) will open by the end of the summer. Hope you enjoyed your stay at the Jersey Shore! And Cape May Cafe looks nothing like real Cape May and it should be at the Boardwalk not in the New England setting!

Our must do every year is Cape May's for dinner.

Oreo Bon Bons....Yumm.

Cape May Breakfast

Beirgarten for dinner

Since DH is a huge eater we do a lot of buffets so he can get full at a reasonable price (and we do not have any buffets where we live). CP for breakfast and dinner and Cape May for dinner are some others that we enjoy
