best budget laptop for DD

Looking for a new budget-friendly laptop for DD10. There are so many options, I don't know where to look first!

She doesn't need anything super powerful, or with a TON of memory, but I do want it to run the web and games quickly (things like Minecraft or web games, that is). I have looked at the Netbooks and the HP Stream, but I am not sure the processor is up to par. I want to try and avoid an AMD or Celeron-type processor, but once I do that things get a lot more expensive.

Hence, my need for some guidance.

Any opinions would be terrific!

Specifications for a "good" laptop change daily, so it's hard to say exactly which model to buy. That said, we've purchased 2 laptops in the last 18 months. We considered chromebooks, but it limited app use (like office, photoshop, etc) and was the same price or more $$ in some cases than similar speed laptops.

We bought oldest DD a laptop for high school graduation a year and a half ago. She uses it daily - mostly for school, but also for skyping friends and for streaming videos from Netflix. It's still going strong with no issues.
So, when we decided to homeschool our other DD (13) we bought the same brand laptop in August. Our 10 year old also plays Minecraft on it daily with no issues.

This is the one we bought for our younger kids. At the time we bought it, the price actually dropped to $219 - plus we have Prime so free shipping. It was a great deal.

I just kept checking Brads Deals and have bought 2 different deals this year.

I would think any of the basic under $200 laptops at Office Depot, Best Buy, Walmart, Target would do.

Not sure I would get a 10 year old a laptop though. Until our kids were in High school they had to use the family desktop, in the family room, where we could monitor what they were using it for.
