best budget dining

Which of the onsite resturants are the most budget friendly for a family?

If you mean a table service meal, then I would probably suggest a character dining buffet for LUNCH. They are a little cheaper than dinner, and the one that I would recommend would be either Crystal Palace in the MK, or Garden Grill at Epcot. I do believe that Garden Grill will no longer have characters there starting in September.

Garden Grill is no longer offering lunch (character or otherwise), starting 10/6.

I agree with the PP, though - lunch buffets will get you a lot of bang for your buck. Book later in the day, and you'll probably still be full at dinner and able to get by on just a snack.

At Epcot there was a Mexican food stand with tables and great pricing for combo meals. In Tomorrow land there is a spaceship looking thing that had salads and great variety. Also in Epcot wehre they had pastry of some kind a kids meal with lotsof food stuff and son had a belgin pretzel of toppings of almonds on it.

In the Value resorts I was so surprised at the wonderful dinners there. I had half chicken my daughter had fish filet they were $7.99 and the works came with it.

i use to eat at Perter Pans but I guess they no longer have the build your own toppings bar.

In Animal Kingdom there is a BB near dinoland maybe, a grill? Great meal with lots of sides and tables to sit at. One of my fav's.

Backlot ther is a cafateria at the Studios. Wonderful selection and fast service inside tables. I think I had a wrap?

Pizza Planet at DHS has meals that come with a personal pizza (4 slices), salad, drink, and dessert. That meal can easily be split to save some cash.

trials end in fort wilderness is very affordable and the food is excellent
