Best Breakfast?

...is the RFC at AK. I always get the Jungle Wrap (a breakfast burrito type item) and DH gets the Tonga Toast - French toast with Banana slices and nuts. We have always gotten excellent food there for breakfast (haven't ever gone there for any other meal), and have never had a PS... always go close to park opening time, and walk right in. This is our must-do breakfast for every trip on AK touring day.

YUM!

If you want a leisurely, filling buffet breakfast, try Boma! We are not really adventurous people when it comes to new foods, especially with the price of food at WDW, but after reading posts on this board my husband and I tried Boma on our trip in Jan. and really enjoyed it. The buffet has plenty of the traditional American foods along with several African choices to try, so we knew if we tried anything that we didn't like we would certainly not go hungry or waste our money. We actually liked several of the African foods. We are going again in a couple of weeks and are considering taking our Teens this time for breakfast at Boma's because we now know that even our picky eaters will find plenty to eat. The atmosphere is great too!:D

I have enjoyed non-buffet breakkies at:

The Kona Cafe - they do great smoothies and it isn't all about the Tonga Toast they do some great breakfast combinations.

Yacht Club Galley - Do a great Steak and Eggs and it's a nice quiet environment, excellent service.

Spoodles - Serves a good breakfast platter which looked good but we didn't have it this trip.

Our favorite is the Kona Cafe. Both dh and I get the Eggs Benedict (the best we've ever had!) and we split an order of Tonga Toast on the side. Afterwards, we roll out of there and grab a specialty coffee from the little coffee cart outside the restaurant to enjoy on the way to MK!

I also vote for Kona Cafe. Great coffee and omelettes, as well as the famous Tonga Toast. The perfect morning start to any MK morning--just hop on the monorail after breakfast! :)

Our favorites:
Boatwrights
Olivias
Kona cafe

For buffet, Boma and Maya Grill.

Heard good things about GF cafe, and we'll try that in Sept.
