For breakfast we love: Boma, Boatwrights (especially the sweet potato pancakes which are HEAVEN) Tusker House and Kona Cafe. I enjoyed Olivia's but mainly for the potatoes they were out of this world
The Grand Floridian Cafe without a doubt. The atmosphere is so pretty. Its alway very quiet and relaxed in the morning hours. I always go for the ham & cheese omlette

Ditto to everyone that said the GF cafe. DH and I tried it for the first time on our wedding trip and ended up eating there 3 more times that week. We went back on our trip this fall and will be there again in 3 weeks. I love the stuffed croissant!! Maya Grill at CS is another favorite of ours - never crowded, good food (standard breakfast fare), good atmosphere.
1900 Parkfare. They have the best OJ on the property. The omlettes are made to order and the strawberry soup is...well I dream about it. We do it on every trip and have since our honeymoon in 1995.
Crystal Palace at MK is excellent buffet and is a character meal with Pooh and friends. We have eaten breakfast at the Dolphin, several times. Excellent breakfast buffet. What I would love to know is what is so specail about Boma? What kind of food do they serve? I am considering booking a breakfast here for our next trip but would love more information about it!
I have enjoyed the Maya Grill at Coronado Springs - they have a nice breakfast buffet and the restaurant isn't super noisy. Another fav at that hotel is the Pepper Market. It's fun for kids and adults to get their own meal card to present for stamps at each food station.
