My DH and I will be arriving into MCO around 630am, and need to find a good breakfast spot...we would prefer to not have to go into a park, but if it's worth it, we totally will!

Seems to me, alot depends on where you're staying or are willing to travel to. We really enjoy Trails End buffet at FW. We usually stay at the WL so it's a nice boat ride over in the early am to enjoy some down home vittles. Even the food courts are not that bad for the usual fare, homefries, eggs and bacon or sausage but FW, has the atmosphere of the old west, is usually very quiet, since this restaurant is there for the guests staying in the camper section but they cook out at their sites so that's why I figure the place is not packed. Everyone has their favorites but you can spend some time there, canoeing, biking or seeing the horses in the stable that work the parks and it's all there is a very pleasant surrounding. Our pick for a hecticless breakfast.

I like Kona cafe in the Poly and 1900 Park Fare in GF enjoy no matter where you have breakfast. What hotel are you staying at?:)

For a CS try Capt'n Cooks in Poly, great Tonga Toast
For a TS if you don't want to go into a park Boma if in a park Cryastal Palace
For a SC any resort you can get a hot cinnamon roll or blueberry muffin

IMO, breakfast is breakfast. They are all pretty equal.

Cape May Cafe...BC
Boma....AKL
Whispering Canyon....WL
Chef Mickey's......CR
1900 PF....GF
GF Cafe....GF
Kona.....POLY
Ohana...POLY
Capt's Grille....YC

I agree it depends on where you are staying, but I would imagine regardless of where that is, you would want a quiet spot if you are getting off a plane at 6:30 AM!

I would suggest Kouzzina at the Boardwalk (just opened this weekend), Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club, Fresh at the Dolphin, Olivia's at Old Key West, the Wave at the Contemporary, Kona Cafe at the Polynesian (not that quiet really, but a good press pot of Kona coffee!) or the Grand Floridian Cafe.

If you want to go into a park it should be Crystal Palace, but if you don't want to enter a park I would go with Chef Mickey's

We're debating between Pop and CSR for our trip in January..

And as far as having to travel a long distance for breakfast, it's fine with us!

When I was making a rough draft itinerary, I had just written down Cape May Cafe, but then realized that this would be our ONLY breakfast the whole 8 days we're there! :scared1: And i'm totally a breakfast person, so i'm thinking I have to find someplace worth while!

By the way, we're on the DxDP!
