Best Breakfast Options using Snack Credits?

So my friend Dan and I are traveling to WDW June 7-15, staying at AKL. We are doing the Deluxe Dining plan. Because we are using some 2 credit dinners, we were planning on using some of our snack credits for breakfast (this was a suggestion our ADR CM suggested.)

What would be your favorite options for breakfast food using snack credits? Like a great cinnamon roll? or a muffin? Fruit?

I particularly like the ham and cheese croissant at the Patisserie in Epcot's France.

In the evening before Illuminations, I'll grab a yummy dessert for now (Napoleon) and a few of the croissants to go for bf in the room the next morning.
