Best breakfast options at The Swan/Dolphin

My DH is a BIG breakfast eater... His idea is to eat a lot for breakfast and pretty much skip lunch or have an early afternoon snack. Can you recommend a place where we could get a really delicious breakfast at a restaurant that's open early at The Swan/Dolphin? We're also big coffee drinkers, so I'm wondering if all restaurants at the S/D offer Starbuck's... Any feedback would be much appreciated!!
