We are going to be staying at the Beach Club resort in a few days!! Taking my elderly parents with us on this trip. My dad is a diabetic and needs to have breakfast with his insulin in the mornings. We were looking for somewhere to pick up a small breakfast (cereal, muffin, coffee....) rather than a sit down breakfast. Is there some place at the Beach Club or the Yacht Club where this is possible or is everything a sit down breakfast (like Cape May)?

Thanks for the help!

Melody

We stay at Baeach Club every summer and love it, you will certainly enjoy your stay. For a quick breakfast you can go into the Beach Club gift shop and inside they have quick eats. You can get muffins and bagels. Hot breakfast sandwich made on a croissant with egg and cheese or egg ham and cheese, there yummy. Therers also little boxes of cold cereal and if I remember right maybe hot oat meal and I think they can make a fruit and granola to. They have a few tables inside and also some right outside doors. Other than that unless your on concierge floor, the options are sit down, buffet at Cape May and if you walk over to Yaht club they have a buffet but also you can order of a menu. Hope some of this helps.

That is extremely helpful! The gift shop option sounds perfect for what we will need! I really appreciate your quick response!

You can also pick up muffins/pastries in the Beach Club Marketplace (described above) the night before if you'd rather just have them in your room before heading out.

Another option is the Boardwalk Bakery, but you'll have to walk over to The Boardwalk for it. You can also get things there the night before to take back to your room.

If you do decide on a sit down breakfast, Captain's Grille at YC is one of our must-do's every trip. It's casual & quaint, and they have a menu or a great buffet that's reasonably priced (in Disney-speak anyway!)

Hi MelodyTime! As previous posters mentioned, BC Marketplace is a great option. Here's a link to photos of all the items available at the BC Marketplace, including breakfast menus and to-go items: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2732402 And here's a link to photos of the CS menus around the Epcot resort area, including breakfast options: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2790281 As Tara mentioned, the Boardwalk Bakery is a nice alternative.

I took many of the photos in the BC Marketplace thread and all the photos in the Epcot counter service thread, so please let me know if you need for me to zoom in on specific items and provide additional information. Hope that helps!

Hi Melody- I am also a Melody :)

There is a market at the Beach Club where you can get muffins, fruit, omelets, bagels, cereal, etc. Also, if you have a kitchen you could bring oatmeal or something easy.

Have fun!

Thanks everyone! I feel so much better knowing what the options are before we head down. Puts my mom at ease knowing he can get something small to eat in the morning before we head out to the parks. It is really cool to see another Melody too! Don't run into too many of us!!
