Best Breakfast in Disney

we are visiting WDW in OCtober (not long now) and on our first morning we have ADRS at Crystal Palace (our DS 6 first trip and his first meal with characters)

We also have a reservation a few days later for Breakfastasaurus - cannot wait.

Getting really excited now

I'm not surprised at all! I thought it was impossible to mess up breakfast until we ate at CM's. I honestly think that if the Fab 5 were relocated that CM's would completely lose it's appeal and quickly close for a refurb and overhaul.

I totally agree. Once was enough for us at CM. The food, not so amazing. The characters are the ONLY thing CM has to offer in IMO.

We really like the Tusker House breakfast. We try to do it every trip on our first morning (we like to spend our first day at AK). Great and unique (Daisy!) characters, fun interaction, and good and different food, not overly crowded.

The Kona Cafe followed by a morning at MK is also a good choice.

Fresh at the Dolphin (although it's been some time since I've last eaten there). Their fresh squeeze juice blends and their made to order waffles/eggs were all top quality. Love it every time.

Our favorites that we have to do every time:

Character -- Tusker House in AK (Donald's Safari breakfast). Make an 8:00 ressie and you will be finished just as they are opening the park.

Non-character -- Kona Cafe in the Polynesian

My votes are with The Wave and Kona. For a sit-down breakfast, press pot coffee is a must-have for us. My DH is a vegetarian and both offer lots of great options. Last time we had breakfast at The Wave, they were offering either a breakfast buffet or you could order off the menu - not sure if that's still going on?
