Best bldgs. to request at OKW to be near it ALL...

Doc with this advice, would it be correct to request Peninsular Road if I am looking for buildings 45, 46, 55 or buildings 23-29? Thanks!

Buildings 23-26 are part of the HH booking catagory. I didn't care for 29 at all, but then I was in a ground floor 2 bedroom under a GV in that building, and that's what I didn't like about it. Buildings 45 and 46 are considered to be South Point, but you COULD go to Peninsular Road from there, and we often do. BTW, 46 is one of our favs!

We were in building 45 last May. After our stay I said it is now my favorite location. But you know what? I've said that after almost every stay at OKW no matter which building we've been in since joining in '94. The only time I was truly unhappy was building 11 with a woods view, but that's not to say someone else wouldn't be thrilled with that type view. My house is in the woods...that's what I see everyday, so when I'm on vacation I want something different.

BTW, that snake at BCV gave me the willies On our last trip to OKW, my husband saw one laying underneath some bushes. Thankfully, I wasn't with him

Just back from 5 nights in a 1 br in 56. I will request 45, 46, or 55 next time for that canal view, but loved the South Point location and the pool and hot tub there. Our unit 5625 was in great condition and housekeeping replenished the items I found missing (corkscrew, spatula, cutting board ). We like the South Point bus stop, too.

Oh my goodness! I just noticed that you were next door to unit 1828 in 2003. That building is very special to us because we stayed there for our wedding and honeymoon last year The view was beautiful.

The HH "area" consists of Buildings 11-14, 23-26. There are certainly other areas near HH, including the elevator buildings (62-64), but they are not presently included in that definition.

IMO, 11-18, 62-64 and 23-29 are all close enough to HH to be locations close to Olivia's, the main pool, etc and even there, I don't find that to be important since you can easily get to the HH area by using any bus from any area of the resort.

Buildings above #30 are in the Turtle Pond or South Point areas (plus the already mentioned 62-64). Buildings above #30 all have a second access to the master BR in 1BR villas - buildings 11-29 have access only thru the bedroom.

So is bldg. 11 considered HH category? Thanks
