Best August days for parks?

Hello,
I'm travelling to Florida from August 14th-August 26th.
I was wondering what days of the week are best (for crowds)
for visiting the parks? Should I avoid all Disney and Universal
Parks on the weekends? What about Water Parks? What days
of the week are the most crowded?

I've read advice, and followed, not to go to water parks on weekends as a lot of locals visit.

Magic Kingdom: Monday, Saturday & Sunday
Epcot: Wednesday & Friday
Disney-MGM Studios: Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday
