Best attractions for 4 & 7 yr old boys??

need suggestions for which are must do's at each park for our boys. Thanks!

For my boys at that age it was Toy Story Space Ranger spin and Mickey's Philharmagic.

My son (who's 5) loves the following & would be upset missing these rides/shows:

MK: Thunder Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Pirates of the Carribean, Mine Train, Barnstormer

AK: Everest, Safari, Kali

HS: Toy Story, Star Tours, Lights Motor Action show

Epcot: Soarin', Test Track

Got back a few weeks ago from a trip with my 5 year old son (and 2 year old daughter, but that's not as helpful to you )

His favorites:
MK:
Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin
Haunted Mansion (he still will tell me about the ghost that followed us home)
Pirates of the Carribean
Tom Sawyer's Island
Small World (really!)
He liked 7DMT and Thunder Mountain, but much preferred Buzz over the roller coasters
For the 4 year old, Tomorrowland Speedway. They were my son's favorite at 3.5. This time he enjoyed them but wasn't nearly as excited. (BTDT syndrome, I think)

Epcot:
Agent P Missions. I can not stress this enough. Leave some time for your kids to do at least one of them. They are the perfect age.
Spaceship Earth (really!)
Soarin
The Nemo Ride
Surprisingly my son didn't like Turtle Talk with Crush at all, but he's really shy sometimes and didn't want to sit with the kids on the floor. I think most kids that age love it.

Animal Kingdom:
The Explorer Scout Badge book. He absolutely loved doing it and getting the badges. It also is a great way to really explore the park in a little more depth.
Walking the trail and looking at the birds and animals after the Safari. (He liked the Safari too, but really loved the trail)
Dinosaur. This will vary A LOT by kid, so determine for yourself if your kids will be too scared for it.
The dino dig play area. The 7 year old may be a little old for it, but the 4 year old will love it.

Hollywood Studios:
Toy Story Mania, of course
Star Tours. Star Tours. Star Tours. Star Tours. He rode it four times. And wanted to go again. Hands down his favorite ride in any park.

My kids are a little bit older but not much. They both love Buzz Lightyear. One of my sons refuses to go on Pirates of the Carribean again. That's my favorite ride, esp. the one in Disneyland which I think is a bit better I recall that had two drops. I don't know why but there is something about the small drop in there that spooked him, or the dark, I don't know, yet he's been on much bigger coasters like the Steel Eel at Sea World, and Splash Mountain which I think has a big drop.

We are going to DW again in June and he keeps saying he is not going on Pirates.

My 2 boys' favorites were: Mine Train, Star Tours, Mission space, Toy Story Midway Mania, Test Track.

You should ask them and show them some youtube videos. Both my kids picked things they wanted to do based on that and how I described rides. Mine are the same age as yours and both loved roller coaster type rides. They enjoyed the inside boat rides and 'clam shell' rides, but didn't rave about them. But other kids might not like the fast coasters. We only did MK and Epcot but here were the faves:
MK:
BTMRR (both agreed it was the best ride at MK)
Splash Mountain (7 year old more)
7DMT (both)
Haunted Mansion (4 year old more)

Epcot:
Test Track (both)
Soarin' (both - and my favorite)
Spaceship Earth

At Epcot they both also liked Nemo and Crush, Figment, Living with the Land, Three Cabaellros (though none of these were faves, they enjoyed them all). They also enjoyed one of the Innovations...West I think? It has a fire truck, and a 'find the fire' interactive game, a video game section (had to put a time limit on that!), and another area I didn't go into that looked like it had fun stuff. It was hard to pull the 4 year old away from the fire truck!
