well, so far whenever we meet any disers we're gonna have them sign one of the quilts. We will have to brain storm more to figure out a way to get more people involved. Everyone will be included though through signature at least. This is for everyone. So, please, don't feel left out

the green thing against the wall is the ruler I use when I'm cutting my fabric. And the purple thing is my internet modem and wireless router. I know you are nosey

Love it! I am a Dick and Jane girl too! Loved those books! Kinda funny that none of the kids these days have any idea who Dick or Jane are!

You have to take that marble one and make something for DD for it....Since he could use back some of the marbles he has lost in the past

Yeah.......I found the marble fabric in the fat quarters earlier in the story.....and wanted it but couldn't figure out what to do with it!!!!!!

Now the fabrics Carla's mom helped me pick.........



Loved the roses.........

Then we found the gold to give it the old-fashioned look...........

Then we happened on the same theme, different interpretation......for a pillow to go with the wallhanging....

And some marble fabric for the back of the pillow.........

I love the roses and I love the Dick and Jane. I remember them in school!!!! That is so cool. The gold is very nice also but I really love the colorful marbles for the back. That reminds me of this fabric I bought to make a table cloth about 8 years ago, black background with hot pink, brilliant blue, bright green and bright yellow and orange "pink" flamingoes. I still have it, we use it for camping. Our old camper we had a pink flamingo theme going on!

Yes I remember it so well. I remember in 1st grade, my teacher, Mrs. Arthur, had long gray hair and she came in every week with a different tint; blue, purple, pink, lol, and she'd sit at the front of the classroom, take her hair down and have the students brush her hair! LOL!
