Best and Worst Cakes for Special Occasions

Is there a list anywhere of all the bakeries that will deliver? And also a list that has the good ones vs. the bad ones?

I know there is a cake thread that shows pictures and I have some ideas from that, but I don't want to order an expensive cake and be disappointed in how it tastes and I know a lot of people said their cakes were rubbery or dry.

I'm trying to plan something for our 10th anniversary when we go to WDW and I'd love to see all the options available .
