Tell us about your good and/or bad Disney resort experiences. Did you have a time when you were "magically" upgraded to a room, or did you have a sour note to mess up your trip?
Our "sour note" was on our honeymoon, where a couple days before we left for Disney, we called verifying all our reservations and found out they had lost our room reservation. It all ended up working out okay. They put us in the POFQ, but at the time, since neither of us had ever stayed on-site, we weren't sure how everythign would work out of if we'd even like the new resort. We ended up loving it though. They didn't however, do anything such as apologize or do anything to make up for losing our reservation to begin with. It was a rather harrowing experience just days before our wedding/honeymoon.
