Hi all, for the first time, I'm trying to find a great travel guide for the whole of Florida, and I can't figure out which one...

I was heading straight for Lonely Planet or Moon, BUT Moon doesn't have Florida, and LP got horrible reviews on Amazon...

Any help would be soooo appreciated!

Thanks!

I'm just bumping this once, in hopes anyone has any information...

:p

I have used several travel books in a series called "Eyewitness Travel Guides." They are printed by DK Publishing. I have used them for London and Great Britain, Paris and France and Hawaii. I gave a FL one to my sister when she moved there 1 1/2 years ago and know she used it for her city (Jacksonville) as well as some short excursions to towns and cities in the upper part of Fl. Our library has them and they also sell them at Costco for around $13.

Thanks guys! I hate when the old stand-by's aren't available! :)

Dan, it doesn't seem like Kelly has an all over guide, but I only skimmed it quickly, I'll head back over there for a closer look.

I've never heard of eyewitness travel guides, thanks for the heads up. I'll see if our bookstore carries them.

I was a complete dummy and was at Borders just the other day, and completely forgot to look, I was going to ask about what we had...

Oh well, such is life. Thanks so much you two. I appreciate it! :)
