We are in the same boat

Our flight comes in at 10 PM and maybe ready to get a cab or hotel shuttle at 11PM
So our first day at WDW may not be a WDW park day.
We could relax in the AM - have breakfast
Check out at 11 AM - have a taxi bring us to our WDW Resort
then walk around, go to Disney Springs, play mini-golf, ect.
Start our WDW Parks early the next day.
OR
When we get to our WDW resort - drop off our bags and go to a WDW Park
which had the early morning hours - since the park would be emptier in the afternoon.
The Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport @ Gateway Village Airport MCO shuttle runs at that late hour - I called and they said it runs 24 hours a day.
Once you get your baggage - you call them.
They say where to meet and they get there within 10 - 20 minutes per traffic.

Assume less traffic at 11 PM at night.
Also a great smoke free hotel !
